For dessert tonight, I tried a new Hungry Girl recipe. I’ve been wanting to use our blender, so I tried her Vanillalicious Cafe Freeze. It was in her first book (Recipes & Survival Strategies), but this recipe is posted on her site. I thought it was actually pretty close to Starbucks’ vanilla frappuccino. I really liked it, but it was super sweet, even for me (Pat calls me a hummingbird), and I couldn’t finish it after our heavy dinner. I would definitely make it again though.
